Hello everyone,
As the President/CEO of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, I am excited to be the first to welcome you to the new ymcaofcm.org website. Since the launch of the Y’s revitalized brand last year, we’ve worked to create a stronger, clearer, more consistent presence across all of the communities that we serve.
The Y is a cause driven, charitable organization focused on strengthening the foundations of our community through:
- Youth Development: nurturing the potential of every child and teen
- Healthy Living: improving the nation’s health and well-being
- Social Responsibility: giving back and providing support to our neighbors
The Y is, and always will be, dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected and secure children, adults, families and communities. Every day our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child and when a community comes together for the common good.
As you can see we also have a new look. Our logo change is more contemporary, energetic and communicates our diversity of programs, people, communities and our welcoming approach to all.
We hope you find our new site more informative, easy to navigate and more engaging for you and your family. We are always looking to create more meaningful ways to communicate, educate and connect with you – our members, volunteers, donors, staff and community. Some future features will include: online program registration, enhanced giving opportunities and interactive member features.
Please take a few minutes to browse our site and learn more about the important work of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts. This is just the beginning to a great online presence and we are glad to share it with you.
