The YMCA has partnered with Goalsetter – an App to help introduce familyYoung participant using Goalsetter financial education app on device saving, financial literacy and smart spending to Y families. Getting started is quick and easy!

Here’s what you’ll need to sign up:
1. Goalsetter App (available for download on Android or iOS)
2. Bank account number
3. Social security number

Join us for a FREE, community-wide, 6 week challenge – the RESET Challenge! This 2021 challenge starts February 1st and is designed to help us take back our lives and become healthy in spirit, mind, and body – and have fun while doing it!

Y Members and non-members are welcome to join us as we work together to achieve our healthy-living goals. Participate virtually in your living room or in-person at one of our 6 YMCA of Central Massachusetts’ branches. Six weeks, 30 minutes of activity a day, five days a week! Sharon Henderson, Director of Marketing for the YMCA of Central MA, joins Radio Personality, Hank Stolz, along with Keynote Speaker, Jerry Caruso, for a conversation about our 2020 Virtual Event to benefit the LIVESTRONG® at the Y Program, Celebrating Cancer Survivorship.

Join our LIVESTRONG® at the Y community and Jerry Caruso, motivational speaker and comedian, who proves that laughter can be “good medicine,” at this special evening of support and celebration on Tuesday, November 10th at 7 PM. We will miss gathering at Saint Vincent Hospital for our annual celebration, but hope you will join us virtually for this important event. Our work with cancer survivors remains a priority and providing a wide-range of services is only possible with your continued support.
