The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is a cause driven charitable organization, dedicated to the development of all people regardless of age, gender, race, religion or ability. Our programs and services focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

For over 150 years, we’ve been proud to help our neighbors learn, grow and thrive. With programs from A to Z— like athletics to advocacy, dance classes to disease prevention, volleyball to volunteerism—we don’t just strengthen individuals, we strengthen entire communities.
