Boys on the Go
A fun-filled, self-paced program that provides a guided approach to help improve routine physical activity and fitness levels. The program also includes practical ways to eat a balanced diet.
The class includes one half hour of nutrition information and one hour of physical activity. This coach led program includes rock climbing, swimming/water aerobics, boot camp, Virtual Gym, core conditioning and much more! The program is fun, interactive, and emphasizes positive self-esteem. Each program focuses on the individual needs and strengths of that gender.
The next session begins in September 2010 . The fee for the entire program is $25.00 and it includes a 7 week membership! Scholarships are available. Click here for a program registration form.
Description
All kids 8 - 14 years old are welcome. Classes meet one time each week and include thirty-minutes of interactive learning on nutrition and sixty-minutes of coach led group exercise.
Girls on the Go Mondays 5:00-6:30 pm
Boys on the Go Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 pm
