*** Water Update**
As you may know, we have been experiencing some intermittent difficulty with our hot water distribution in the past several weeks. Since Mid-January we have been consulting with several different plumbers and engineers, including the original design construction team, to find a proper and permanent solution. Unfortunately the underlying cause of the issue remains unclear.

Boroughs Family Branch began its operations in 1983 in a small branch office running all of its programs without a facility. Swim programs were run at local hotel pools and child care programs were run out of leased church space and store fronts. The Boroughs Branch, during this time to the present, has provided services and programs throughout a nine town area including: Berlin, Grafton, Hudson, Marlborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Upton, and Westborough.

Annual Payments
Members may pay the annual fee in full on the day they join, and will need to renew their membership at the welcome center each year. **Adult, Family 2 & Family 3 Membership Types include a $100.00 joining fee that is due upon sign up.
Monthly Bank Draft
This is an automatic electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account. This membership is continuous and requires a 30 day written notice for cancellation, responsibility of the member. The first month is a prorated amount. That amount plus the joining fee are due up front to start the membership. ** Adult, Family 2 & Family 3 Membership Types include a $100.00 joining fee that is due upon sign up.
