Aquatics Positions 

The YMCA of Central Massachusetts Boroughs Family Branch has various Aquatics positions available. Applicants must have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is a responsible position that provides supervised safe instructions, for organizing and teaching swimming skills to all levels for infants, children and adults. Certified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards are needed for afternoon, evening and weekend positions, starting immediately. Lifeguard candidates must hold current certifications in lifeguarding, first Aid and CPR for the professional rescuer. Swim instructor candidates currently certified in WSI or have previous swim teaching experience preferred. Water Aerobics Instructor 

The Boroughs Family Branch YMCA is seeking a candidate in our Aquatics department to provide our members with an excellent experience while exercising in the water.  After School Group Leaders 

The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking part time positions for the Boroughs Branch School’s Out Program; programs are located in Marlborough, MA. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have experience working with school age children. The hours are from 7-9 am and/or 3-6 pm. Matron (Female Part time-Weekends)

Seeking a reliable individual to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment for the Boroughs Family YMCA.  Responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of female locker rooms, restrooms, and all common areas. Applicants must be willing to work weekends from 10am-6:30pm.
